At Khan Estates, we are actively seeking a diverse range of properties to expand our portfolio. Our focus includes industrial, commercial, and residential properties. We are particularly interested in:
Large HMO-style accommodations: We consider properties that offer multiple occupancy arrangements, providing flexible living solutions.
Apartment Blocks: We seek apartment complexes that can cater to various residential needs.
Freehold Preferred: We prefer properties with freehold ownership, ensuring long-term control and stability.
Income Producing or Vacant: We are open to properties that are either generating income or currently vacant, offering potential for development and revenue generation.
Reversionary Potential: Properties with potential for future value appreciation and redevelopment are highly desirable.
Mixed Use: We consider properties that offer a combination of residential, commercial, and industrial uses, providing versatility and diverse investment opportunities.
Industrial & Distribution Units: We will consider all types of industrial and distribution sites.
Multi Let Industrial Estates: We have an active requirement for MLIE’s, vacant assets will be considered, preference will be given to estates with more than 50% occupancy located within the West and East Midlands and the North West. Must have reversionary potential with or without capex.
Lot Size: We are interested in properties with a lot size ranging from £150K to £10m.
Multi-let industrial (MLI) estates, Industrial & Distribution centres, Mixed Commercial, Residential, and Large HMO’s and Apartment Blocks.
